Porous Plastic Filter Rods

We have been manufacturing and supplying a large variety of Porous Plastic Filter Rods for more than 40 years to our national and international customer base. Our in-house teams of engineers conduct extensive research & development exercises to make sure that we only use the best raw materials available and our products are of the highest quality.

The combination of our vast experience in this field and our high-tech machinery enables us to strategically manufacture the best Porous Plastic Filter Rods and Filter Elements for filtration and other similar purposes. Initially our filter rods were primarily used for air and water filtration. However, over the last 15 years, we have successfully expanded our product range to include porous plastic filter rods for Diffusion & Emission, Biomedical Filtration, Wicking and Self-sealing Filtration.

Over the years we have the developed the know-how and the infrastructure required to manufacture Porous Plastic Rods of any shape and size; we are the only Indian manufacturers to make 1,000 mm long filter elements and have supplied them across the world. Further, if required, we can provide external or self-threading to our filter elements.

We provide 100% chemically inert Porous Plastic Filter Rods, to be used in cases when the chemicals involved may react with the plastic rod; our chemically inert porous plastic rods are predominantly used in Water Filters, Biomedical Pipettes, Air Fresheners, Emitters, Fragrance Releasing Wicks and Biomedical Wicks.

We are recognized as India’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of porous plastic filter rods and similar filter elements, with our products being used in various fields. Continued invention of Porous Plastic Filter Rods has enabled us to remain a market leader in the segment, by continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our products.

Please Note: Characteristic of the products can be customized as per requirements (such as dimensions, shape, porosity, micron rating, etc.)
