Established in 1974, Sansuk Industries, is a leading manufacturer, supplier and distributor of Porous Plastic Products, Filter Elements and Filtration Solutions. Our product range includes porous plastic filter discs, porous plastic rods, porous plastic cylinders and porous plastic candle elements.

As one of the first porous plastic manufacturers in India, we take pride in collaborating with our customers to provide custom made porous plastic products for a wide-range of filtration requirements. Since all the processes are carried out under a single roof, we are able to provide high-level customization; making it easy to control the properties of our filter elements, such as porosity, pore size, permeability, etc.

We only use high quality, grade-A raw materials and cutting-edge technologies to manufacture a wide range of porous plastic products and filter elements, fulfilling specific needs for our customers. Our raw materials primarily consist of international quality, grade-A polymers ~ Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polystyrene, Ultra High Density High Molecular Weight Polymers

Mr. Sanjay Shanbhag

Sanjay Shanbhag has been the predominant force behind the success of Sansuk Industries, with his technical prowess and innovative production methodologies propelling Sansuk Industries as a market leader in the field of porous plastic products and filtration elements.

Over the last 30 years of his professional career, he is well-known in the industry for developing customized products for a wide range of requirements brought forward by our customers. Under his leadership, we have been able to greatly expand our product range and their applications, to become the leading manufacturer of porous plastic filters in India, with a vast national and international customer base.

With his guidance, our research & development team conducts continuous, in-depth studies and exercises to ensure that all our products are made from the best raw materials and are of the highest quality, meeting all international standards. These products include porous plastic filter discs, porous plastic rods, porous plastic tubes and porous plastic cylinders.

As one of the pioneers of porous plastic filters in India, he spear-headed the manufacturing of porous plastic products and allied filter elements for healthcare, biomedical and automotive sectors, in late 1990’s. He was also the driving force behind the introduction of porous plastic candle filter elements and laterals in the Indian market, which we now provide to various government bodies as well as to our industrial customer base.

Pratham Shanbhag’s complete knowledge of the porous plastic industry has proven as a catalyst for the creation of exemplary manufacturing processes within Sansuk Industries. He has brought in international manufacturing processes and infrastructure; adopting cutting edge technologies to manufacture porous plastic products and filter elements of any dimension, micron rating, porosity, etc.

Throughout his more than 30-year long tenure with Sansuk Industries, Anand Parab has collaborated with our customers to find innovative, custom-made solutions to complex challenges across a variety of fields.
